# Cloud Data Streaming Service 용어

Cloud Data Streaming Service를 사용하기 위해 반드시 알아두어야 할 몇 가지 용어가 있습니다. 용어와 용어에 대한 설명은 다음과 같습니다.

### Dimension

Metric의 속성을 의미 해당 Metric이 어떤 서버에 속하는지, 어떤 곳에 위치하는지, 무엇의 값인지 등을 Dimension으로 정의 가능

### Target Group

요청을 처리할 대상에 대한 집합

### VPC 환경·VPC Environment

퍼블릭 클라우드에서 고객 전용 사설 네트워크인 VPC(Virtual Private Cloud)를 제공하는 플랫폼

### 메트릭·Metric

네이버 클라우드 플랫폼의 Cloud Insight가 수집하는 성능 지표로 System Metric과 Custom Metric으로 구분

### 서브 어카운트·Sub Account

대표 계정 아래에 서브 계정을 생성해 업무 역할별로 권한 관리를 할 수 있는 네이버 클라우드 플랫폼의 서비스

### 컨슈머·Consumer

Kafka 클러스터에서 데이터를 가져오는 것을 의미

### 프로듀서·Producer

Kafka 클러스터로 데이터를 보내는 것을 의미
