# 연동 문제

Hardware Security Module 서비스를 이용하면서 다음과 같은 문제를 겪을 수 있습니다. 문제별 원인과 해결 방법을 확인하고 적절하게 조치해 주십시오.

## "keytool error: com.safenetinc.luna.exception.LunaException: PIN is incorrect" 오류 메시지

Apache Tomcat 연동 과정에서 keytool 실행 시 Luna HSM의 PIN이 올바르지 않다는 메시지가 나타납니다.

#### 원인

키스토어에서 사용 중인 파티션의 Crypto Officer 암호(PIN)가 올바르지 않으면 오류가 발생합니다.

#### 해결 방법

키스토어의 keylabel이 속한 파티션을 확인한 후 해당 파티션의 Crypto Officer 암호(PIN)를 올바르게 입력해 주십시오.
